Have the model name, destination and your questions ready. Confirm dimensions, weight, lock, interior configuration, protection label, current condition and written warranty terms. For pre-owned units, request current photographs.
Payment & purchase terms
Payment is expected when the order is placed. Accepted methods are electronic fund transfer, electronic check and credit card. Credit-card payments carry a 4% fee. Confirm applicable taxes, freight and installation charges. Some states may require purchaser use-tax reporting or payment.
Cancellations & returns
- New and custom-built safes: once the order is placed and put into production, it cannot be returned, cancelled or refunded.
- Pre-owned safes: no exchanges or refunds.

Freight & installation
Freight varies by safe size, weight and destination, and is estimated at purchase. Delivery and installation are not automatically the same service. Review delivery arrangements →
